Digital Products
All products sold by urmm digital are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, educational content, templates, frameworks, resources, documents, guides and related materials.
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase decisions
- Personal circumstances
- Business circumstances
- Lack of time to complete or implement the materials
- Failure to achieve desired results
- Failure to generate revenue, clients, leads or business growth
- Failure to utilise or access the materials after purchase
- Dissatisfaction arising from factors outside our control
- Purchasing the product without reviewing the product description, inclusions or suitability
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy where required by law, including where a product:
- Has a major defect or fault;
- Is not provided as described; or
- Does not meet consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable legislation.
Where a remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law, urmm digital will assess the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our legal obligations.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased materials due to a technical issue, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to:
- Restore access;
- Resolve technical issues;
- Reissue access credentials where applicable; or
- Provide an alternative method of accessing the purchased materials.
Technical issues alone do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund where access can reasonably be restored.
Duplicate Transactions
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us immediately with supporting information.
Where a duplicate payment is verified, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact urmm digital first to seek assistance with any billing or access concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through their financial institution.
Where a chargeback is initiated without first seeking support, we reserve the right to provide evidence of purchase, access records and communication history to the relevant payment provider.
Product Updates
From time to time, urmm digital may update, improve, modify or expand the content contained within our products.
We do not guarantee ongoing updates, future enhancements, additional content releases or continued availability of any specific feature unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
The purchase price covers access to the product as described at the time of sale.
